For this reason, we want to consistently prevent violations of legal requirements and our corporate guidelines. Acting with integrity and in accordance with the law is a prerequisite for the trust of our members, fans, partners and employees.
Therefore, we encourage all persons to report suspected rule violations. A breach of the rules is a violation of applicable law, the provisions of our Code of Conduct or material internal company guidelines.
All employees can discuss questions and ambiguities regarding legally compliant behaviour with their superiors. Information on possible breaches of the rules can be reported directly to managers. The Legal & Compliance Department is also available as a contact for this purpose.
This whistleblowing portal has been set up for situations in which anonymous reporting of possible violations is desirable, e.g. because the incident is particularly sensitive or there is concern about disadvantages following a report.
The whistleblowing portal ensures the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers, affected persons and employed persons who are involved in clarifying the reported misconduct.
SV Werder Bremen assures that it will not take any measures to identify anonymous whistleblowers. We will not tolerate discrimination against whistleblowers and all persons who contribute to the clarification of misconduct. The presumption of innocence applies to affected persons until a violation is proven. Investigations will be conducted with the utmost confidentiality. The information will be processed in a fair, fast and protected procedure.

How to protect yourself
- You are not on the company network (internet / VPN).
- You do not use any device (smartphone, computer, etc.) provided by your employer.
- You do not use phrases or abbreviations that you frequently use in conversations or emails.
